When it comes to financial giving, there are two primary categories: tithes and offerings. The Bible instructs us to honor the Lord by giving a tithe, which is ten percent of our income, regularly to the church. Additionally, if we are compelled to give beyond our tithe, we have the privilege to offer an additional contribution.

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
