Cornerstone Campus

Social Media Coordinator

Cornerstone Church, Salisbury, NC, seeks a skilled Social Media Coordinator. Elevate our digital presence with strategic content, engage our community, and amplify our mission. If you’re adept at social media management, apply now to be part of our impactful team.

Maintenance

Responsibilities include maintaining the grounds and facilities of our church and (5) child development centers including lawn care, repair work, painting, HVAC upkeep, light plumbing, and other maintenance related duties. Inventory, vendor contact, equipment maintenance, and other duties will be included as well.

Receptionist

Responsibilities include greeting guests, receiving deliveries, answering and transferring campus calls, making copies, general administrative support such as filing and letter writing, facilitating office requests and inventory levels of regularly used supplies, as well as maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of the Business Center.

K-1 Teacher

We are currently looking for friendly and competent Teachers to join our team at our literature-rich and mastery-based direct instruction Christian private school environment. Must be a compassionate and self-motivated individual with a specific interest in education with an Education Degree.

Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities include providing one-on-one assistance with behavior or academics as well as leading small group activities. Will support the lead teacher with general duties as well as setting up activities and working to keep the classroom clean and organized.

Cornerstone Child Development Centers

Center Director

Responsible for the overall management of the center including but not limited to train and supervise teachers and other staff, Operate the school according to state licensing, sanitation and organizational standards, Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities, Purchase supplies, equipment, food and other materials necessary for program operations Execute marketing plan (both internal and external) necessary to maintain desired enrollment, Ensure a safe environment for the children in our care, Establish the development of positive relationships with parents, children, families and staff, Evaluate and give feedback to the faculty on their performance, ensures that regular observations and feedback sessions are conducted in the assessment process. Required NC Administrative Credentials, Level 3 Admin, and preferred 3 years minimum early childhood experience.

Lead Teacher

The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing lessons plans to support the curriculum and education needs of the children in their classroom. They must ensure the development and safety of these children in accordance with relevant federal, state, and company policies. Managing classroom behaviors in a supportive and appropriate manner is required. The lead teacher will be respectful of children and parents, and ensure that equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.

Assistant Teacher

Assists the lead teacher in anyway possible with duties such as preparing and setting up activities, assisting in keeping the classroom clean and organized, assisting with diapering and potty training, as well as implementing portions of the daily activities as directed by the lead teacher. Will also provide support in ensuring the development and safety of the children in accordance with relevant federal, state, and company policies.
